Aunt Dottie's Pomegranate Barbecue Wings


  • ⅓ cup Aunt Dottie's Pomegranate Balsamic Vinaigrette
  • ⅓ cup of your favorite barbecue sauce - we love local!
  • 20 chicken wings
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper
  • Onion powder


  1. In a small saucepan, add equal parts Aunt Dottie's Pomegranate Balsamic and your favorite barbecue sauce. Bring to a boil and then simmer for 5 minutes. Allow to cool. Add half of the cooled sauce mixture to a ziploc bag or airtight container. Evenly coat wings in marinade and refrigerate for at least 30 mins. Remove chicken wings from the marinade, transferring as little liquid as possible. Discard marinade. Sprinkle lightly with salt, black pepper, and onion powder. Cook the wings on the preheated grill, turning occasionally, until the chicken is well browned and fully cooked, 25 to 30 minutes. Place grilled wings in a large bowl. Pour remaining sauce mixture over wings and toss to coat evenly. Serve warm.
