Greenjoy Balsamic Strawberry Compote
- 3 tablespoons honey or agave nectar
- 3 tablespoons Greenjoy Pomegranate Balsamic Vinaigrette
- 3 cups washed, hulled and sliced strawberries
- Combine the first 2 ingredients in a small saucepan. Bring to a simmer over medium-low heat; cook 2 minutes or until slightly thickened. Stir in sliced strawberries, and simmer 3-4 minutes, remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes.
- Serve warm or chilled over desserts or cakes.
